About the role
Our client, a leading travel organization, is looking for an experienced Director of Partnerships to expand its national partnership network and drive revenue through strategic distribution channels. This role will work closely with executive leadership to develop partnership strategies, secure key accounts, and strengthen relationships across the travel industry.
This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for a relationship-driven business leader who can combine partnership development, internal process strategies, and cross-functional execution to support long-term growth.

Partnerships Responsibilities:
Develop and execute partnership strategies, annual plans, budgets, and revenue goals.
Identify, negotiate, launch, and grow national partnerships and high-value accounts.
Build strong relationships with travel advisors, distribution organizations, and senior industry leaders.
Establish partnership terms, commercial agreements, marketing programs, and performance expectations.
Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Client Services to ensure partners have the tools and support needed to succeed.
Guide regional sales teams on partner activation, account development, and local engagement.
Monitor pipeline, forecasts, revenue, and partner performance using the internal CRM and other business data.
Director of
Partnerships Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in U.S. leisure travel sales, strategic partnerships, national accounts, or business development.
Established relationships with senior leaders within the U.S. travel advisor and distribution network.
Proven success developing, negotiating, and growing profitable national partnerships.
Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, partner economics, and revenue strategy.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing teams without direct authority.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms preferred.
Group travel, escorted tours, cruise, or travel technology experience preferred.
