About the role
Job Description:
Candidate will perform UAV flight topography at various development project sides in the MD / VA / DE / WV area. Using the data generated, the technician will produce proprietary reports utilizing CAD related software packages. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Experience with UAV operation, data collection, and aerial survey techniques Part-107 license, or ability to obtain license within 2 weeks of start date Proficiency in CAD, Excel, Bluebeam, and AGTEK related software An understanding of residential land development Ability to read and understand civil engineering plans and specifications Familiarity with geotechnical reports This position requires the following: Clean driver's license and ability to drive company van to various site locations Ability to work Monday - Friday with occasional weekends as needed Capable of working outdoors, year round, in various weather conditions Capable of carrying ~70 pounds of tools & equipment across uneven terrain Good communication skills High attention to detail Ability to work independently
