Experienced Mechanic
marx servicing mercedesCosta Mesa (CA)
About the role
Job Description:
Job Description We are an independent Mercedes repair facility in Costa Mesa, operating for 50+ years. We are seeking an experienced mechanic to join our team. We work on Mercedes Benz from 1972 and older. Need someone with diagnostic ability, but there are people here to help problem-solve. We are looking for someone with enough experience to be able to work with minimal assistance from start to finish. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to perform inspections and oil changes as well as more complex repairs such as brake jobs, transmission jobs, or engine jobs. Compensation based on experience.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
