- Must possess an active Secret clearance.
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification required.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification required (or within 90 days of hire).Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science related field and 2-6 years of experience
- Experience with NSA Type 1 encryption equipment required.
- Solid analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems required.
- Technical writing skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Experience with Marine Corps tactical IP-based networks, Wide Area Networks (WANs) and Local Area Networks (LANs) preferred.
- Experience with Marine Corps satellite systems to include very small aperture terminals (VSAT) and vehicular based systems desired.
- Knowledge of tactical meshing radio systems to include commercial based and military products desired.
- Cisco Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) experience desired.
- Occasional travel, up to 10%.
