Role Description: The Bilingual Client Intake Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenwood Village, CO. This position is responsible for being the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering essential case information, and accurately documenting details in the firm’s systems in both English and Spanish. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls and emails, conducting intake interviews, explaining basic firm processes, and scheduling consultations with attorneys. The specialist will verify insurance information, coordinate with legal staff on next steps, and ensure a supportive, professional experience for clients during their initial interaction with the firm. This role requires consistent collaboration with attorneys and staff, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client service.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally. Client intake and data collection skills, including interviewing, documenting case details, and maintaining accurate records. Interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, show empathy, and manage sensitive conversations. Basic understanding of insurance concepts relevant to personal injury matters, or willingness to learn quickly. Prior experience in a law firm, medical office, or other client-facing professional setting is preferred. Proficiency with common office software and case management systems, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work on-site full time in Greenwood Village, CO, and collaborate effectively within a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in legal studies, social services, or related fields is a plus.
