Job Description:
Vice President, Operations – Specialty Pharma Services\n \n A rapidly growing pharmaceutical services company is seeking a Vice President, Operations to build and develop high performing teams, establish operational metrics and lead all day-to-day operations. You will join this organization at the height of its’ build-out phase and will lead the continued expansion of the operation. We are seeking a high level, business minded leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and taking a hands-on leadership approach. This person will lead long term strategic planning as well as the immediate blocking and tackling of the business.\n \n The qualified candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience working within a specialty pharma services environment. A Continuous Improvement Champion who has expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Ideally you will have been a part of a new facility ramp-up, an expansion project or re-start where the operation has scaled over time.\n \n Candidates must either currently reside or be willing to relocate within a reasonable proximity of the corporate offices. The compensation package will be highly competitive.
