About the role

Cornerstone Church is seeking a Producer to architect the sound of Cornerstone Worship and translate weekly visions into what the room hears and feels. The role integrates volunteer development, training, and leadership across worship teams to deliver Sunday experiences that reflect the church's mission. This is a full-time, in-house position where volunteers self-manage through a broad creative scope, demanding resourcefulness, collaboration, and a shared faith-based commitment to excellence.
