- Design for Reliability (DFR). Evaluate risks and implement effective mitigation strategieswithoptimal trade-off analysis.
- Joint-Reliability Tests. Co-lead reliability test planningand progress monitoringat both IC level and module levelofspecific product families.
- Failure Analysis Support. For Reliability related failure cases, driveroot causeanalysiswith internal and external teams and ensure corrective actions are validated before release.
- Global Database. Refineand maintain
- Reliability database infrastructureto enable efficient and timely internal external QA communications.
- Rel/QA Data Supports. Work as an integral function of Quality Assurance toanalyze reliability data using statistical tools such as JMP and Reliasoft and present findings to internal and external teams.
