About the role

Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee construction subcontracts on major industrial EPC projects in Alabama. This field-based role collaborates with project management, legal and finance teams to ensure scope, schedule and budget compliance. You will draft, review and negotiate subcontracts, manage amendments and claims, and report contractual risks. Weekly lodging and meals allowances accompany a base salary of $140,000-$160,000 plus benefits.
