About the Company: We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the marketing and creative space. This role will identify, engage, and place exceptional talent in areas such as creative, design, marketing, digital, content, and brand.
About the Role: This is a 2–3 month contract opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys connecting talented creative and marketing professionals with meaningful work. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and energized by building long-term talent relationships.
Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for marketing and creative opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified creative and marketing professionals. Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to clarify hiring needs and candidate profiles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from outreach and interview coordination through offer and placement. Create compelling candidate outreach and maintain timely, professional communication. Track recruiting activity, candidate feedback, and hiring progress in the ATS.Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and compensation within creative and marketing disciplines.
Qualifications: Experience recruiting within marketing, creative, digital, design, media, or a related professional-services environment. Must currently reside in Houston, Texas, even though this position is remote.
Required Skills: Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-management skills. Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience using an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools is preferred. Pay range and compensation package$30–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
