About the role

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment in Fargo, ND.
Responsibilities: Operate forklifts, including dock stockers and reach trucks Load and unload incoming shipments Move, stage, package, and ship materials accurately Receive and verify inventory against paperwork Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies Enter and track inventory using warehouse management systems (SAP) Prepare customer orders and coordinate with carriers Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse Follow company safety, hygiene, and 7S guidelines
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of warehouse/logistics experience preferred Experience operating a dock stocker and reach truck Basic computer skills WMS experience required; SAP experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Pay: $23/hour
