ResponsibilitiesSchedule appointments and manage calendars
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow

Assist with budget management and expense tracking
Maintain office supplies inventory
RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Must have own visa or be eligible to work legally in the United States
