Free classesWHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?This is a full-time position supporting both retail and range operations. As our Range Customer Experience Specialist, you'll welcome guests, assist with range check-ins, guide customers through merchandise and firearm purchases, answer questions about products and services, and process sales transactions, firearm transfers, and 4473 forms. Throughout the day, you'll help maintain an organized retail environment, support range operations and target systems, monitor range activity, and promote safe firearm handling practices as a Range Safety Officer.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A RANGE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST?We're looking for someone who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications:21+ years old Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills Working knowledge of firearms, firearm safety, and related merchandise Ability to remain calm, alert, and safety focused in dynamic environments Ability to operate or quickly learn point of sale and operational systems Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Previous retail, customer service, firearms-related, range safety, or firearm handling experience is preferred; however, on-the-job training is provided for the right candidate.
