Job Description:The Analyst, Business Data will support sales data processes that are critical to the firm's strategic sales efforts. Working with the Global Client Group (GCG) operations team, sales teams, and technology team, the analyst will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of internal data systems related to client assets, cash flows, and CRM data. The daily work will involve processing incoming data from vendors, working with the sales teams to proactively maintain client data, and other related functions to support efficient data governance, sales operations, and reporting. The role falls within the GCG Sales Operations division, which supports the day-to-day operational needs of the sales group in the areas of business insights, product management, intermediary relationships, client onboarding, reporting and administrative services.Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales teams to maintain critical client and asset data in various sales systems, including CRM and other internal reporting systemsProactively identify data gaps and help eliminate data discrepancies across sales systemsCommunicate data analysis and updates for technical and non-technical audiencesHelp define requirements for business processes and projects involving customer data in Dynamics CRM and other internal systems, such as Dimensional's client asset reporting system.Meet regularly with stakeholders to understand needs and develop professional working relationships within the GCG and other groups globallyAssist with data governance and process documentationQualifications: Bachelor's degree required; coursework in mathematics, statistics, information systems, computer science, or finance/accounting is preferred1-2 years' experience in consulting, data analytics, business analysis, or similar role (includes internships)Excel, SQL, and Python skillsExperience with Snowflake or similar platformsExperience with CRM (especially Microsoft Dynamics) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) a strong plus.Demonstrated interest in helping sales teams make process-driven, data-informed decisionsProactive in nature, and capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlinesDocumented analytical and quantitative skills; strong background with large data sets and the data analysis processAbility to gather requirements amid ambiguityDetail-oriented while maintaining a big picture focusAbility to independently define and manage change within existing business processesInterpersonal communication, verbal, and written skills; adept in explaining technical concepts to non-technical usersWork equally well in a team environment and independentlyThis role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.#LI-HybridDimensional offers a variety of programs to help take care of you, your family, and your career, including comprehensive benefits, educational initiatives, and special celebrations of our history, culture, and growth.It is the policy of the Company to provide equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
