About the role
Supporting major incident response operations, the full-time Major Incident Coordinator will monitor incidents, maintain documentation, and ensure process adherence while working remotely and responding to critical alerts 24/7.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate major incident bridge calls and collaboration channels during assigned shifts
Create and maintain incident records, timelines, and activity logs, tracking actions and escalations
Monitor system alerts and dashboards, validating alert accuracy and reporting ongoing issues
Required qualifications
Associate's degree or two years of relevant experience in IT operations, service desk, NOC, or incident management
Working knowledge of IT service management concepts and structured incident response
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and basic network connectivity
Ability to work variable shifts and respond to 24/7 critical alerts via mobile devices
Experience with incident documentation and adherence to defined processes
