Bonded/Woven Cord Machine Operator The Bonded/Woven Cord Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient production and packaging of Bonded and Woven Strapping while following all Customer requirements and Safety and Company Policies and Procedures. Schedules Available:12 Hour Rotating- 7a-7aM-F 7a-3pmM-Th 9a-7aResponsibilities: Replenish creel stands and adhesives Monitor/adjust Bonding and Weaving processes Tie ends Adjust line tensions Start up and shut down lines as needed Ensure product meets order specifications Complete production paperwork Exceed all Safety standards Meet all Quality requirements Cleans and maintains equipment when applicable. Uses product specifications to set up equipment to manufacture product. Transfer coils in process from the machine Package coils
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic

  • Basic understanding of adhesives and yarns
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds as necessary
