About the role

Seeking a customer-focused Dispatcher. The Dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for coordinating service calls, scheduling technicians, monitoring routes, and ensuring timely communication between customers and field employees. Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming service requests via phone, email, and online platforms. Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians for service, maintenance, and emergency calls. Coordinate daily technician routes to maximize efficiency and timely customer service. Communicate appointment details, arrival times, and service updates to customers. Monitor technician status throughout the day and make scheduling adjustments as needed. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status. We consider all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with state and local laws, including the California Fair Chance Act, City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
