About the role

BKF Engineers seeks a Senior Project Director to lead a portfolio of complex projects and strategic client accounts across a defined geography. You will bridge execution and leadership, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and team development. This role reports to the Area Lead and drives portfolio performance and business development. You will mentor Project Managers, oversee QA/QC, and promote continuous improvement while ensuring safety and profitability across the region.
