About the role
- Lead indirect procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives across North America
- Develop supplier strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage key vendor relationships
- Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, HR, Marketing, Accounting, and senior leadership on procurement initiatives
- Drive cost savings, process improvements, risk mitigation, and supplier performance excellence
- Oversee IT procurement, travel and entertainment spend, corporate card programmes, banking services, insurance renewals, and vendor governance
- Strengthen procurement controls, policies, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Present procurement strategy, savings opportunities, and performance updates to senior leadership
- Lead procurement transformation initiatives that improve scalability and business alignment
- 10+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply management experience
- Experience managing indirect procurement categories such as IT, professional services, travel, financial services, insurance, facilities, or corporate services
- Proven leadership experience with strong stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management
- Strong understanding of procurement governance, compliance, controls, and risk management
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
