ReceptionistWe are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Primary Responsibilities· Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner· Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls· Maintain a tidy and organized reception area· Open and close gates or provide access to visitors as needed· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries· Prepare and process outgoing mail and packages· Provide basic information to visitors and callers regarding the organization· Maintain visitor logs and issue badges if required· Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operationsQualifications· High school diploma or equivalent· Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred· Strong verbal and written communication skills· Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems)· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively· Professional appearance and attitude· Strong organizational and time management skillsWork Environment· Front desk or reception area setting· May require sitting for extended periods and occasional standing
