About the role
- Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within Coupa, including supplier setup, invoice processing, and payment disbursement
- Continue processing accounts payable transactions in Bill.com as needed during the transition
- Support 1099 filing preparation and related year-end compliance activities
- Assist with data migration, supplier record setup, and system configuration tasks tied to the Coupa implementation
- Partner with internal AP leadership to ensure continuity of operations throughout the transition
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies across both systems as needed during the overlap period
- Direct, hands-on experience with Coupa, specifically within Procure-to-Pay workflows (supplier setup, invoicing, payments)2+ years professional experience in AP or equivalent
- Experience with Bill.com strongly preferred
- Prior experience supporting a system migration or implementation in an AP or finance function preferred
- Solid understanding of 1099 filing requirements and general AP compliance practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Comfortable onboarding quickly; client will provide a laptop and system access within approximately one week of start
