Our client, an innovative, rapidly growing sustainable packaging company is seeking a VP of Sales to lead and scale its enterprise B2B sales organization. This is a high-impact opportunity for a dynamic sales leader who wants to build a team, drive significant growth, and help shape the future of sustainable packaging. The VP of Sales will lead a growing team of sales executives and develop strategic relationships with leading consumer brands across apparel, CPG, cosmetics, supplements, and other high-growth markets. You will have the opportunity to influence sales strategy, strengthen the sales process, coach top talent, and close complex, high-value business.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, hire, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team Drive new business development and accelerate revenue growth Own the sales process from qualified opportunity through close Lead complex negotiations and customized customer programs Develop strong customer and supplier relationships Establish sales strategies, forecasts, goals, and performance metrics Partner cross-functionally to identify new markets and growth opportunities
Ideal Candidate: Proven B2B sales leader who is strategic, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated by growth. Experience building sales teams, selling complex physical products, packaging, or manufacturing solutions is highly desirable.
