Logistics Dock Operations Associate: Picture your morning: the dock doors open, freight arrives, and you’re the steady hand that keeps everything moving. You’ll receive and verify incoming goods, prepare precise outbound shipments, and keep the warehouse organized so orders leave on time—every time. Role Snapshot
Location: Leetsdale, PA
Type: Temp to Hire
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Daylight ShiftWhat You’ll DoReceive, inspect, and unload inbound deliveries with care and accuracy. Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders to specification. Stage, load, and unload trucks following safe material-handling practices. Keep inventory areas tidy and organized; maintain a clean warehouse. Complete shipping/receiving documentation with meticulous attention to detail. Coordinate with teammates to hit shipping deadlines and service goals. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures. What You BringAt least 1 year of experience in shipping/receiving or general warehouse operations. Forklift exposure is helpful (training available if needed).Reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance. Dependable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and following instructions. Preferred Proficiencies
