Anticipated Start Date: Late November 2026 As a Rental Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of Creekside Sports under the direction of the Rentals Manager and Assistant Manager. You'll lead a team of 3-5 rental techs, assist guests with ski and snowboard rentals, perform basic equipment tuning, and sell ski accessories, souvenirs, and other retail products. Hours worked should be between 32-40 hours per week depending on business levels.
What You Will Do: Lead and coach a team of 3 to 5 rental techs. Ensure that all standards are consistently followed when setting up rental equipment and when working on guest equipment. Lead by example while assisting guests with rental skis, boots, boards, and helmets. Perform tune work on guest and rental equipment. Run point of sale system to sell rentals, ski accessories, and logo merchandise. Ensure that accurate physical inventories are maintained with rental equipment and retail items. Work as a part of the larger Retail/Rental leadership team and with other departments at Snowbird.
What You Need: To Get The Job Done 18 years of age or older. Rental Shop experience is required. Prior leadership experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure. Work Schedule You must be available to work weekends and holidays. Shops hours are between 8 am and 5pm during the peak winter season. Scheduled shifts may vary between 4 and 5 days a week based on business levels
Working Conditions: Must be prepared to stay overnight during road closures. May experience high guest volumes, tight deadlines, winter weather, and frequent interruptions. Frequent standing, lifting, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
