About the role
- Candidates shall possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience or a minimum of ten (10) years equivalent experience.
- Candidates shall possess experience inspecting commercial architectural, structural, and interior finishes.
- Construction trade experience related to commercial gypsum wall board assemblies, ceilings, insulation, roofing, and miscellaneous metals is a plus.
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment and must have good oral, written communication, and computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office products. Must have the ability to navigate an iPad or similar tablet with ease.
- Adherence to Maryland Aviation Administration COVID-related and Security/Safety protocols is required.

- Salary Range and Benefits:
- Non-exempt position with the potential of overtime pay (time and a half)
- Expected base pay: $35.00/hour to $50.00/hour
- Monthly cell phone allowance provided
