Responsibilities:
Diagnose and identify the source of water leaks in a variety of vehicle makes and models Perform water leak repairs including sealing, weatherstripping replacement, and window resealing Conduct water test procedures to verify successful repairs and prevent recurrence Inspect door seals, sunroofs, windshields, and body seams for moisture intrusion points Document repair processes, findings, and parts used for each vehicle serviced Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs and timelines to customers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with shop standards
Requirements:
Prior experience in automotive repair, body shop work, or water leak diagnostics preferred Familiarity with weatherstripping, sealants, adhesives, and automotive sealing techniques Ability to read service documentation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage multiple vehicles efficiently Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
