Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to establish a baseline for therapy interventions, evaluating their functional abilities and needs. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team, focusing on measurable goals. Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities to provide hands-on treatment, ensuring adherence to the physician's plan of care. Monitor patient progress and effectiveness of interventions, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes throughout the continuum of care. Provide education to patients and caregivers on appropriate exercises, usage of therapeutic appliances, and the importance of adherence to rehabilitation protocols. Manage your caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks and coordinating assignments with team members to ensure efficient patient care. Participate in regular case discussions and teamwork-oriented meetings to promote a collaborative approach to patient care. Patient Population / Client FocusYou will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications: A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Experience: While no prior professional experience is required, previous clinical rotations or internships in a rehabilitation setting will be advantageous. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and education in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits: Body Rehab Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
