Your Impact: Starts the Day You Do! Our HNI Workplace Furnishings team in Muscatine, IA is actively looking for an Advanced Maintenance Technician to fill a Weekend shift opportunity. As part of our team, you'll dive into a dynamic maintenance technician role where you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs related to production equipment, plant facilities, and environmental systems. Your hard work will be rewarded with competitive compensation, ranging from $29.00 to $35.00 per hour. What your day looks like: Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and any specialized equipment involving:
  • Hydraulics
  • PneumaticsPower Transmission, Lubrication, and Pumps
  • Instrument/Vision Systems (Repair, Install, and Troubleshoot)
  • Piping and plumbing
  • Electrical Theory
  • Mechanical Operations
  • Motors, Automation and Robotics (Maintain and Repair)
Your qualifications: Preferably a minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial or military setting focusing on electro-mechanical maintenance, electrical and power distribution, electronics, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical equipment, motor controls, drives and programmable controllers.
Requirements:
  • Pass pre-employment drug testing
  • Pass a 7-year criminal background check
  • High school diploma or GED is not required
