About the Opportunity:
An established organization is seeking a logistics and operations leader to support warehousing and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership experience, logistics expertise, systems knowledge, and strong analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement Lead and develop a team while supporting a high-performance culture Collaborate with internal departments to improve supply chain efficiency and service levels Support transportation planning and distribution activities across multiple locations Oversee relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners Monitor operational costs and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability Drive continuous improvement projects focused on systems, workflows, and reporting Ensure compliance with shipping, transportation, and trade-related requirements Assist with strategic initiatives involving logistics technology, process optimization, and operational growth Provide leadership in resolving service, inventory, or transportation challenges
Qualifications:
Prior experience leading teams in a logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends Experience working with ERP platforms and logistics technologies Knowledge of domestic and international logistics processes Bachelor's degree Understanding of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices
Preferred Experience:
Additional language capabilities are considered a plus Experience supporting logistics systems enhancements, reporting automation, or technology implementations Background in transportation optimization and cost reduction initiatives Advanced Excel and presentation skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary ranging from $67,000-$76,500 depending on experience Annual performance-based bonus Consistent weekday schedule Leadership opportunity with direct reports and visibility across operations
