Location: Henderson, NC
Pay: Starting at $58,000/year, negotiable based on experience, plus bonus program
Type: Full-time, Salaried (Exempt)Self Opportunity Inc. is recruiting for an established multi-unit quick-service restaurant organization. They need an experienced General Manager to run one restaurant from top to bottom.

What You'll Do: Lead daily operations to hit quality, service, cleanliness, speed-of-service, and accuracy standards Own the restaurant P&L: sales forecasting, labor scheduling, food and paper costs, and controllable expenses Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and crew Oversee inventory, ordering, cash control, and loss prevention Keep the restaurant compliant with food safety, health, security, and employment regulations Handle employee relations and resolve guest issues
What You Bring: Experience with a major national QSR brand is required.2+ years of QSR management experience, including 1+ year at Department Manager level or higher Serv Safe Manager certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days Comfort reading financial reports and acting on them Proficiency with POS and scheduling systems High school diploma or GEDSchedule and Environment: The schedule rotates and includes early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
