Our team spans Europe and the U.S. and has collectively executed over $30bn in transaction volume across capital raising and M&A.Position We are expanding our energy and infrastructure practice and are hiring a senior energy investment banker to support and lead capital raising and M&A transactions for emerging and middle-market energy companies. We have access to top-tier deal flow and a strong pipeline of high-quality mandates.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Senior energy investment banker / M&A professional with extensive transaction experience across energy, infrastructure, power, renewables, cleantech, or industrial sectors
  • Proven track record leading and executing lower-middle-market capital raises and M&A transactions
  • Strong relationships with infrastructure funds, energy-focused family offices, private equity firms, strategic corporates, utilities, and institutional investors
Experience working on transactions involving renewable energy, battery storage, carbon markets, industrial energy systems, grid technologies, or conventional energy sectorsFINRA licensed (Series 7/79/82 or equivalent)7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or energy-focused advisory roles
