Sales Operations Specialist – NetSuite Location: Remote (Only EST/CST time zones)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to support sales operations, manage sales orders, maintain accurate customer data across multiple platforms, and prepare reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders, approvals, order changes, and shipping discrepancies.
Maintain customer records and sales data in NetSuite, CRM, and other platforms.
Prepare Excel reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
Assist with trade show research, planning, and logistics.
Support sales leadership with administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred.
Hands-on NetSuite experience is mandatory.
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, tables, and reporting.
Experience in sales operations, sales support, or order management.
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office.
HubSpot and Power BI experience are a plus.
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
