Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Mixer to join our team in Harleysville. This direct hire role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a manufacturing environment, and is looking for long-term stability with great benefits. You will play an important part in producing high-quality caulking and sealant materials by operating a variety of mixing machines and following detailed batch instructions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Blend raw materials to produce finished caulking and sealant products, as well as intermediate materials for production. Set up and operate a variety of mixing machines according to batch formula instructions. Produce batches on any of the 27 different mixing machines; operator level classification determined by skill development. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and applicable federal, state, and local standards. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to talk, listen, and communicate clearly.
