About the role

Financial Analyst – Cost Accountant Enhances the productivity of Finance teams by performing assigned accounting duties. Perform financial analysis on operations (with a special emphasis on cost accounting for production-related activities), advise management teams in the maximization of revenues and reimbursement methodologies, and assist with the development and utilization of budgets. Minimum Education, Training & Experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field. One year of Cost Accounting experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience developing budgets and financial reports. Three years of Cost Accounting experience in a manufacturing setting. Functional knowledge of accounting process is required. Working knowledge of spreadsheet applications is required. Highly developed analytical skills. Ability to: understand accounting and finance concepts and communicate them effectively & efficiently to many organizational levels; interpret quantitative and qualitative data; pursue knowledge of the business to produce better and more useful information; effectively work within tight timeframes and deadlines; assess and prioritize responsibilities; effectively utilize time and other resources.$30.75-32.25 per hour based on experience.
