Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Air Filtration Are You Ready to Drive Growth and Make Your Mark in Wichita? We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join the team and help grow the Wichita market. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys being in front of customers, developing new business, and finding solutions that add real value. In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, develop solutions, and drive sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do: Grow the Wichita territory by developing new business and expanding existing accounts. Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Build relationships through regular outreach, onsite visits, and networking. Prepare proposals and pricing based on customer needs. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a great customer experience. Keep sales activity, customer information, and opportunities updated in the CRM. Participate in meetings, industry events, and ongoing training.
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of sales experience preferred; related industry experience is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Professional, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Enjoys meeting with customers, building relationships, and finding solutions. Organized, dependable, and strong with follow-through. Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment. Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
