- Set divisional goals and growth strategies; drive sales, business development, and new-customer pipelines
- Cultivate and expand client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying repeat-work opportunities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple units, enforcing consistent safety, quality, and performance standards
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews; implement efficiency and margin‑improvement initiatives
- Recruit, develop, and coach managers and technicians; partner with HR on talent planning and succession
- Collaborate with fellow General Managers to share best practices and support enterprise‑wide service objectives
- 8+ years' leadership experience within service, mechanical, HVAC, or related technical environments
- Proven record managing multiple P&Ls and geographically dispersed teams
- Solid knowledge of HVAC/mechanical and building‑automation systems
- Demonstrated success in business development, customer retention, and financial management
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to unify teams around shared goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred)
