About the role
MS Legal Search is seeking a Corporate associate for a top international law firm for their Houston office. Candidates should have experience with capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and/or finance transactions. Candidates must have top academic credentials (top 20% from top 20 law school) and big law firm experience to be considered. 3-6 years of prior experience is required and you must be able to run with heavy responsibility on deals. Relocating lawyers are welcome.
