This role will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office. The position will be fully onsite.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers, visitors and colleagues.Provide a consistent point of contact for all GHQ office colleagues.Actively manage physical access credentials and office security for GHQ and assist with other global sites.Work collaboratively with various business groups to develop and maintain effective office management proceduresActively manage conference rooms and provide assistance as required.Assist with Concur travel programProvide ongoing support to internal business groups as required.Basic QualificationsStrong customer service skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in the use of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPointMust be able to lawfully work within US.Preferred Qualifications:Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePointAbility to lift and move up to 25 pounds (case of paper, packages etc.)Ability to handle multiple projects and meet stated deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals, both internal and externalSelf-starter, able to motivate oneself and team membersAt Entrust, we don't just offer jobs we offer career journeys. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan.
