Key Responsibilities: Your Role as a Customer Service Representative As the voice of FirstEnergy Met-Ed, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. After completing our paid training, you will: Deliver Outstanding Service: Answer inbound calls and provide solutions to service-related questions. Resolve Billing Questions: Assist with payment options, billing concerns, and account maintenance. Assist During Emergencies: Process outage and emergency calls with professionalism and care. Build Customer Trust: Document account notes and use your independent judgment to resolve concerns calmly and courteously.
Requirements
Education and Experience: FirstEnergy Met-Ed Customer Service Representative What We're Looking ForEducation: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: Previous customer service experience is a must.
