Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
Monthly Pay: $7,900 - $8,500 USD per month
Summary: As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will keep remote sales activity moving by preparing quotes, maintaining opportunity details, and coordinating order handoffs across prospective and existing business accounts. This fully remote, full-time role partners with account executives, sales operations, and fulfillment contacts to provide accurate, timely sales support.
Job Responsibilities: • Build product and service quotations using approved pricing, terms, and discount guidance.• Track opportunities, quote status, and next steps in the sales platform.• Coordinate sales order submissions, required approvals, and handoffs with operations teams.• Prepare account briefs, proposal materials, and recurring activity reports for account executives.• Respond to routine product, pricing, and order-status requests, escalating exceptions appropriately.• Maintain current contact and account records while protecting confidential commercial information.
Qualifications: • Associate degree, relevant coursework, or comparable experience in sales support, business administration, or financial services.• Familiarity with quotation workflows, order entry, and pricing or discount review.• Ability to navigate CRM-style sales systems and spreadsheet-based reporting.• Comfortable prioritizing multiple open quotes and following established approval paths.• Clear business writing for proposals, follow-ups, and internal handoffs.
