The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the development and administration of policies, strategic planning, marketing, and the professionalization of the workforce. This role involves direct supervision of staff, participation in the recruitment and retention process, and the establishment and implementation of organizational policies and procedures. The Executive Director will also be involved in the resolution of operational problems, performance evaluations, and the recommendation of personnel actions. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for those with a background in behavioral health, mental health, or addiction. A graduate degree in business, healthcare operations/management, or clinical/medical disciplines is also preferred.
