About the role

We are a multidisciplinary civil engineering firm providing services in land development, transportation engineering, surveying, and site design. Our team works on a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments, with a strong focus on roadway design, drainage, and utility systems. Design and develop roadway geometry, alignments, profiles, and cross sections for land development and infrastructure projects Prepare construction plans, specifications, and technical documents including plan/profile sheets and roadway details Perform grading, drainage, and stormwater design in support of roadway and site development projects Coordinate roadway design with utilities, drainage systems, and overall site layout Conduct quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and support project budgeting efforts Assist with permitting, regulatory approvals, and agency coordination Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including survey, planning, and landscape architecture Support QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with applicable design standards and regulations Participate in field visits, inspections, and construction support as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2+ years of experience in roadway or site civil design (varies by level) Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required); experience with transportation design tools preferred Knowledge of roadway design standards, grading, drainage, and stormwater systems Strong understanding of permitting processes and construction documentation Excellent communication and coordination skills EIT required or ability to obtain PE preferred for senior-level roles Strong organizational and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
