Extrusion Slit Film Doffer - A Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position$ 14.25 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 07:00am to 07:00pm)
Monitor roll sizes throughout the shift and determine when rolls need to be doffed.
Remove and replace finished rolls while following established production procedures.
Schedule doffs to help minimize loom downtime and maintain efficient production flow.
Ensure finished rolls meet size and production requirements before processing.
Support safe, continuous operations by maintaining awareness of production schedules and equipment performance.
Extrusion Slit Film Doffer - A Shift Qualifications:
Basic reading, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment and operate equipment as required.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and following established procedures.
Dependable and detail-oriented with the ability to help maintain efficient production operations and high product quality standards.
