About the role
To support a leading digital health platform, the contract Advertising & Marketing Compliance Counsel will review marketing materials for legal and regulatory risk, focusing on healthcare advertising and claims substantiation in a remote capacity for 40 hours per week over a 3-month duration.
Key responsibilities
Review a variety of marketing materials, including written assets, videos, and online content, for compliance and legal risk
Assess healthcare marketing standards and ensure alignment with approved claims guides and substantiation requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate the claim approval process and provide legal advice on medical and product claims
Required qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
4+ years of experience in advertising and marketing compliance, preferably in the healthcare sector
Strong understanding of healthcare advertising regulations and digital health marketing standards
Experience with reviewing and advising on medical and product claims
Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs and Figma for reviewing marketing assets
