A premier real estate organization based in New York City is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its growing team. The company has a strong domestic and international presence, with a portfolio of Class A properties and several exciting development projects currently underway. Backed by significant financial resources, the organization offers long-term stability and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing and reviewing financial statements Overseeing all day-to-day transactional accounting activities Performing financial analysis and providing insights to senior management Driving the financial success of development projects through detailed analysis and effective communication with management and project teams Supporting strategic decision-making through reporting and analytics The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within real estate, development, or property management environments.
