About the Role: Senior Talent Sourcer - Engineering & Infrastructure
Location: Elizabeth, NJ (Onsite)
Engagement: 12-Month Contract
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support hiring for a large-scale infrastructure and capital projects initiative. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of specialized engineering, construction, project management, asset management, and HSSE talent. This is a sourcing-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys market research, passive candidate engagement, talent mapping, and developing creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles.
Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing efforts for engineering, construction, project controls, asset management, and HSSE positions.
Build talent maps, target company lists, and competitor intelligence across infrastructure, transportation, utilities, energy, manufacturing, and EPC/EPCM sectors.
Execute advanced sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, professional associations, and industry networking.
Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach campaigns.
Partner with hiring leaders to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent availability updates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and sourcing activity within the ATS.Develop sourcing playbooks, talent communities, and best practices to support ongoing hiring efforts.
Qualifications:
5+ years of sourcing, recruiting, executive search, or talent acquisition experience supporting technical or difficult-to-fill positions.
Proven success identifying and engaging passive candidates.
Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research.
Experience building sourcing strategies for engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or project-based hiring.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Workday or a similar ATS preferred.

Work Environment:
This is an onsite position based in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
Candidates must be able to work onsite regularly and collaborate closely with project stakeholders and hiring leaders.
Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
