Job Title: Document Routing Clerk
Monthly Pay: $4,300 - $4,800 USD per month
Summary:
Unlike a general office role, this fully remote temporary position keeps time-sensitive correspondence and service documents moving to the right operational queues. You will sort incoming digital items, apply routing labels, and resolve unclear destinations so teams can act on requests promptly.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review incoming correspondence, forms, and attachments; route each item to the appropriate queue or team.• Scan, index, and label documents using established naming and routing conventions.• Check routing details for completeness and correct misdirected or duplicate items.• Flag unreadable, incomplete, or urgent submissions for timely follow-up.• Maintain daily queue notes and follow handling procedures for sensitive customer materials.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; office, mailroom, or clerical experience is helpful.• Comfort navigating digital queues, shared folders, and scanning tools.• Ability to distinguish document types, reference numbers, and destination codes.• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, or similar document tools.• Reliable home workspace and ability to handle sensitive materials discreetly.• Able to follow written routing procedures and meet daily volume expectations.
