About the role
Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a leader in organizational effectiveness to drive leadership development across the system. You will partner with directors to design and support initiatives, and you will advise on team performance and culture using data-driven methods.
You will coach leaders, facilitate development sessions, and debrief assessment data with stakeholders to ensure strategic priorities are met.
