About the role

Trilogy Home Healthcare seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN/Per Diem work in Arcadia, FL and surrounding areas. You will deliver compassionate care, assess home mobility, and help patients regain independence after illness or surgery. The ideal candidate holds a Florida OT license with an accredited OT degree, a valid Florida driver's license and insurance, and at least 1 year of OT experience (home health preferred). Flexible scheduling & mileage reimbursement are offered.
