As a Client Services Associate, you'll partner closely with financial advisors to support clients through important life and financial milestonesall while growing your career with a collaborative, employee-owned firm.As a Client Services Associate, you'll serve as a key partner to both Advisors and clients, helping create a seamless and exceptional client experience. In this role, you'll manage a variety of responsibilities, including office administration, preparing client paperwork, processing client requests, coordinating meetings, managing incoming calls, and ensuring everything is in place for successful client interactions. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and troubleshoot with confidence, and a positive, client-centric approach to every interaction.Clients may include individuals, households, or external advisors utilizing our Turnkey Asset Management Program (TAMP) services.The Client Services Associate can expect to focus in the following areas:Provides first line of contact with clients and prospects with a professional approach.Troubleshoots problems, schedules, and organizes meetings, serves as a liaison between Advisors and Clients as needed.Meets routine client needs in a timely manner and understands Savant's unique philosophies.Manages client informationprepares client reports, submits and follows up on necessary paperwork, regularly updates Salesforce.Utilizes technology to perform a variety of tasks including populating and maintaining Salesforce information regarding clients and documents all client interactions.Supports account opening process with Savant for all prospects and clients in a seamless way.Knowledgeable of various custodial relationships and able to navigate complexities in a simple way working with clients.Facilitate completion of all client applications and transfer documents.Proofreads reports, documentation, and electronic data for errors.Assembles materials for client meetings.Utilizes Salesforce to complete both client and internal requests.Professionally answers and directs incoming telephone calls.Professionally greets and assists office visitors while maintaining office, lobby, and conference room cleanliness.Assists in coordinating RSVPs, planning, and set-up for events in area.Prepares for upcoming meetings including preparing reports and confirming next-day appointments.Serves as back up to others within Client Services as needed.Maintains team approach by assisting and filling in for others as requested.A couple things to note about this position:This position is an in-person position based out of our office in Freeport, IL.The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.QualificationsThe Client Services Associate position typically requires the following qualifications:Bachelor's or Associate's Degree from accredited college or university preferredMinimum 2+ years of proven success in a client services/administrative support function in the field of financial services, banking, or insuranceWhat Sets Savant ApartCollaborative, integrated model across advisory, tax, and planningno silosGrowth-oriented firm, offering meaningful opportunities for career development and long-term impactValues-driven culture, grounded in excellence, integrity, lifelong learning, respect, growth, and servant leadershipMajority employee-owned, giving our team a shared stake in our long-term successThe PerksAt Savant, we invest in our peoplesupporting both their well-being and long-term growth.We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is $57,000 - $76,000 annually with final pay determined by experience, skills, and location.
